Rich has a long and diverse background in media production. He studied Screenwriting and Filmmaking at New York University, Video and Audio Production at San Francisco City College, and Multimedia Studies at San Francisco State University.

Throughout the digital revolution, Rich was at the forefront, from his first Apple IIe computer with HyperCard to today's latest, most powerful tools for multimedia development.

His professional experience has ranged from developing applications for a non-profit organization to developing training materials for physicians and technicians in new medical technology.

As a result, Rich has a unique skill set perfectly suited to developing multimedia for business applications. He understands the needs of business communications, and can determine the best combination of tools for each individual project.
